donde esta el data?
It looks like the data isn't available due to the shutdown - is there an alternate download site?

Hi Aaron,
My apologies for the belated response. Owing to the temporary shutdown of the federal government, we have been unable to monitor or respond to the discussions posted here until recently.
It looks like you have figured out the answer to your question. You should find that the data at the link you provide (http://arts.gov/publications/additional-materials-related-to-2012-sppa) has everything in the SPPA as well as everything in the CPS for the Basic Labor Force items.
I'd encourage you to review Chapter 7 of the User's Guide (also at http://arts.gov/publications/additional-materials-related-to-2012-sppa) for more information about how to merge the SPPA with the March 2012 Annual Social and Economic (ASEC) Supplement.
Thank you for your interest!
Steve
